Eden Valley Farm, just north of Spring City, PA, along the Schuylkill River in East Vincent Township in Chester County, was part of the Callowhill tract owned by William Penn and named after his wife, Hannah Callowhill. A farmhouse and some out buildings were built in the 18th century by Jacob Finkbiner and farming began.
